Meadowood subdivision was designed by Bob Schmidt in the late 1980's - both single family homes and condominiums are available ranging from 1800 sq. ft. to 3500+ sq. ft.

Meadowood is one of Bob Schmitt's newer single family home communities in Strongsville along with the Olympia, which is strictly a cluster home development.  Unlike some of the other Bob Schmitt communities, Meadowood is all electric homes.  Some of the other subdivisions have gas homes or gas at the street which provide the owner with other options.  However, the efficiency of his all electric home shows even further progress in his newest subdivision in North Ridgeville.

Meadowood is located in the northwestern section of town, easy access to I-71 & I-80 with great access to Downtown. Community development with recreation area, including olympic size pool.  Meadowood is located off Albion Road between Prospect Road and North Marks Road.  The Pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse are for homeowners only.
