In Your Best Interest,
Call me to represent you when…
1. You would like to attend Open Houses. Always inform the agent who is holding the Open House that you are working with me. Should you decide that you would like to write an offer on that home, you would not be represented; the agent holding the Open will be in most cases representing the seller and you would be giving up representation if you write an offer with that agent. We can prevent that by letting that agent know that you are working with me or my calling ahead to inform him/her that you will be attending the open.
2. You drive by a property that you would like to see. I will set up the showing so that we can go together. This includes ANY HOUSE even if it is not listed by Keller Williams. I can show you any home listed by Howard HannaS-C, Realty One, C21, ERA etc., even a For Sale by Owner if you would like to have representation and someone to follow the terms of a contract to the close of the transaction.
3. You see an ad in the paper and want more information. I will call the listing agent and find out what you want to know and then set up an appointment should you desire.
4. You are interested in meeting with a builder. I will set up the appointment for you. You need representation even purchasing a new home through a builder.
Sellers pay realtors’ commissions. As a buyer you pay no realtor’s fee. However, since I will be working hard to find your home, write a contract that reflects your wishes, protect your interests and follow the transaction thru until it closes, I would appreciate your loyalty while we are looking at properties transaction.
Choosing to work with a realtor not only assures you that you will be represented from the beginning of the sales transaction until the end, but also gives you the convenience of having a full-time agent who is working daily to find a home that meets your needs and expectations. |
